Inka Hietala
Producer
Inka on IMDb
inka@goodhandproduction.com
Inka Hietala is a Helsinki-based producer who knows her way around a film set and a sauna. With a career spanning top Finnish production companies like Aurora Studios, Helsinki-filmi, and Citizen Jane Productions, she’s produced everything from sharp features to quirky drama series. Before diving into production, she got her start wrangling Nordic talent at Actors in Scandinavia, helping them take over the world. Fluent in Scandinavian languages and in finding the best collaborators, Inka is a true Nordic bridge-builder. In 2024, she founded her own company, Into Films, with a mission to champion emerging and underrepresented voices in cinema. When she’s not producing, she’s advising others on budgets, financing, and diversity strategies. Since film isn’t enough, she also lends her expertise to theatre, sitting on the board of Svenska Teatern, Finland’s Swedish-language national theatre.
You’ll most likely find Inka at a film festival, a glass of wine in one hand and a new friend in the other.

Dramaturge
Lotte on IMDb
lotte@goodhandproduction.com
Lotte Laitinen doesn’t just have a sharp eye for story structure, she also has a sixth sense for spotting the best thrift finds in town. A trained screenwriter and freelance script consultant, Lotte has worked her narrative magic across development and distribution at Aurora Studios, teamed up with Finnish arthouse distributor Cinemanse, and served as in-house dramaturge for the Finnish Impact Film Fund. She’s passionate about representation and diversity, and loves exploring themes like queerness, girlhood, family, love, and music – most of those present in her awarded short film Levykauppa (2022).
When Lotte is not deep in a script, you’ll find her behind the decks at IDA Radio or lighting up a packed dance floor with her DJ sets.
